About the training

FAIR is a comprehensive training program combining ethics, anti-corruption, compliance, auditing, and intelligence gathering. About us

GROM GROUP was founded by former soldiers and operators of the GROM Special Unit. It has been operating since 2010 in the field of training and broadly defined security and defense. It employs specialists from GROM, the Army, the Police, and the Special Services.

TRAINING CENTER

ROM GROUP has its own GROM Range Training Center organized on an 8.5 ha forest area, located in a picturesque part of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, in Czerwony Bór 76, 18-400 Łomża, Podlaskie Voivodeship (the center is located between Zambrów and Łomża).
GPS coordinates: 53°03'36.3"N 22°08'25.5"E. The Center organizes, among others, banquets, dance parties, integration events and training, camps, weekend trips and selected specialist training.

REGULAR TRAINING

As part of its cyclical training, GROM GROUP carries out a number of projects enabling the acquisition and improvement of skills proven in the operations of uniformed services, including those carried out by operators of special units of the Army and Police.0
The knowledge and qualifications gained during training conducted under the supervision of our Specialists can be useful both for people not associated with the uniformed services and for soldiers and officers of these services.

TRAINING FOR COMPANIES

GROM GROUP offers corporate training programs designed to provide an active way to escape the stresses of everyday life. During our sessions, participants can gain knowledge and skills that will be useful both in their professional and personal lives.
The knowledge and skills of our instructors, who come from the GROM, Army, Police and Special Services, guarantee a high level of excitement and satisfaction, while maintaining an appropriate level of safety.

DETECTIVE SERVICES

GROM GROUP provides detective services to both business and institutional clients, as well as individuals. We operate nationwide. In certain cases, we are able to fulfill orders outside Poland and the European Union.

In addition to regular training and training directly targeted at companies and institutions, GROM GROUP provides a range of other services dedicated to various clients. These services are not provided on a cyclical basis; they are implemented solely in response to the expressed needs of a client or group of clients.
